PRUHEALTH WORLD TRIATHLON GRAND FINAL

SCULPTURE

Whilst working at Artem, heading a team under Simon Taylor, I made and installed this large sculpture of a swimmer in hyde park's serpentine lake during a triathlon competition. The head and hands were made on a 7 axis CNC machine and I attached them to the sculpted body and attached a means for it to float in a balanced way in the water. I then moved the sculpture into the lake and made I secure. I also helped athlete Jessica Ennis-Hill unveil the sculpture to the media.
