Whilst working for director Chris Cairns of “Is this good?”, and art director Maz Staruch of “studio Tekto” I helped convert plenty of household objects into electronic musical synthesisers. Working in a team with electrical engineer Dave Cramner (nervous squirrel) and software engineer Will Gallia we converted objects that included stairs into keyboard, blind into phaser, taps into frequency knobs, oven and hobs into sample and scratch pads and sauce pans and beer bottles into percussive instruments. All shot live on location for this TV ad.
